The room is clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, making it perfect for family vacations. It thoughtfully includes a sofa, a movable table, a microwave, a sink, tableware, and a small refrigerator… a great value and wise choice, highly recommended!

Room layout was good but strange smell. The carpets needed vacuuming when I arrived. It appeared that housekeeping made the bed during my stay but did not change the sheets. I have stayed here twice and I have not been impressed either time. The room was loud from the 401

I booked this hotel for a week while on a work trip but had to leave two nights earlier (stayed 4 instead of 6). That’s when things went downhill. I spoke with multiple managers (carrie, virginia) (wenesday) and even the owner, and on my last day (friday) they told me the unused nights would be reimbursed just have expedia call us as expedia was waiting for the okay from the hotel. Once I left, nothing was done — no refund, no follow-up, and my calls requesting a callback with no followup. Instead of being transparent, the staff blamed Expedia, claiming they couldn’t do anything. Expedia, however, confirmed they were just waiting for the hotel to authorize the change. It seems the hotel was paid by Expedia but simply refused to cooperate so that Expedia could issue me the refund. On top of that, no such policy about losing all reimbursement for checking out early was mentioned on Expedia or even in the hotel’s own policies online. This lack of transparency makes the experience even worse. I’ve stayed at many hotels booked through Expedia and never had this problem. Never had to call expedia or to don’t anything on my side. It was all handled by the hotel and i would get the reimbursement through Expedia. Other hotels have always been flexible and professional when plans change. Unfortunately, this property chose to be the opposite — unhelpful, and unwilling to be flexible, even when staying for more than half of the stay. I even tried to negotiate to have maybe one night penalty, they did not budge. The rooms themselves were fine, lack of transparency, and poor customer service completely overshadowed that.

We had a pleasant stay. The property is clean, modern. Staff is exceptionally attentive and kind. A special shout out to Lucky for making the checkout and checking in process so swift and easy and for giving us information on how to navigate the city. The breakfast is lovely and very fresh, there are many delicious options to choose from. Vishnu was incredibly helpful while we had breakfast. Overall the staff works hard here and are very kind. Beds and bathrooms are immaculate. Dont hesitate to stay here, it's Wonderful Thanks :)
