The concierge and front desk team were absolutely amazing! very kind, welcoming, and professional. They were always helpful, guided us properly, and made the overall day-to-day experience pleasant. Honestly, they were the best part of this building. Unfortunately, the rental/leasing team was the complete opposite. The rent sales team was not friendly at all and felt very unapproachable. When we applied for a one-bedroom unit, they required either us or our guarantor to have an income of over $120,000 per year, which is completely unreasonable and unrealistic for renting a one-bedroom apartment. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the person showing us the units. After we explained that neither we nor our guarantor had that level of income for a one-bedroom rental, they told us that before coming to see units, we should search on Google and figure out whether our income qualifies for each building, and only then come to view apartments. This was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and definitely not how potential tenants should be treated. Because of the leasing team’s behavior and illogical requirements, the overall experience was very disappointing, despite how great the concierge staff was. With more respectful communication and fair rental criteria, this building could have offered a much better experience.

Beautiful place with a very nice lobby. The space is clean, welcoming, and well maintained, with plenty of comfortable seating. It creates a great first impression as soon as you walk in.

This rental apartment complex is a peaceful haven with a team of respectful and very friendly staff. The view from the building, both day and night, offers a mix of lush greenery in the distance and a modern urban landscape right in front of you. The unit decor is very minimalist and chic, meeting all your expectations. All the staff and management strive to ensure a smooth move-in process. They coordinate very well, and upon your arrival, you are welcomed with a drink, and even your pet is treated with great kindness. The building features a Sky Lounge on the highest floor, providing an amazing view of the Downtown towers, Lake Ontario, CN Tower, and more. You can sit there in peace and enjoy a coffee, read a book, or engage in any activity you like. Other amenities are equally impressive, including a gym with a street view, a dedicated pet wash area, a game room, a billiard room, a cinema room, and more. KAY is an exceptional and patient individual who will guide you through every step after signing the contract to ensure a smooth move-in and seamless transition. Additionally, from the moment of viewing to the contract signing, JOYCE guided us with complete kindness and skill; she is also an amazing!

I like it so far. Management is very present. After moving in (the whole process was very smooth and I got answers to all my endless questions) there were a few things I wanted to fix in the apartment and all was done in a 1-2 weeks. Most things were fixed in a day or 2. There was an issue in the building with water and my apartment was affected and it was fixed quite fast. I was given a guest suite for the time of repairs. I asked for a change in suites (realized I want a different floor) and they allowed me to see other units while already being in the contract. Overall I don’t have anything to complain about. Things happen everywhere but the speed and friendliness of how they got solved - that’s important. 👍 Added: in 2 month here I had 2 floods, and the last one was on the holidays and weekend and now I have to stay with loud working 4 dehydrating machines for a few days. Second time in 2 month is crazy. I do not recommend. The team is great but the building is shit.
