Nice hotel with good service from staff. Hotel is well maintained, but currently stuck in the middle of seemingly never-ending road construction. The outdoor hot tub/spa area is only open in the summer (nice when I stayed here in August, and sorely missed when I stayed in October). The included breakfast is reasonably good, albeit a little repetitive for anyone staying for more than a couple days. Most of the rooms only have showers versus bathtubs (which I prefer to be able to soak sore feet or back). Third time staying here; no complaints.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and unfortunately our experience was very poor. During our entire stay, our room was never cleaned, and we had to personally request clean towels, which should be a basic service. Additionally, there was a serious cleanliness issue on the first floor. We saw spiders in the hallway, inside rooms, and even on the beds, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Overall, the lack of housekeeping and poor hygiene made our stay very unpleasant. We would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 5 days during my trip to Quebec City with my family and two dogs. My whole experience was impeccable. The design of the hotel was simple and bright, and maintained well. Our rooms were clean and spacious (it was the king bedroom suite with kitchenette), the lobby was welcoming, and the workers were very friendly and efficient. Having daily breakfast included was a plus as well! Overall I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I need to bring my dogs with me as it was only a $30 total flat fee for my entire stay (even with two dogs!).

Warm and friendly welcome from Philippe at the reception, he made us feel comfortable and was very informative. The hotel is well located, with restaurants and bakeries nearby (by car). Parking was very convenient, even with the construction currently in the area. The room was exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and very good. Just a short drive to Old Quebec City, and there’s even an outdoor swimming pool on-site.
