This is the best place I've ever lived. Well It was my very first time living by myself, I lived with other people but not by myself. They are very good at managing and communicating, they fix stuff right away. It is located in the very convenient spot and everything is close by. They have gym, tv room, office, table tennis and some other stuff to play with your friend.

Very pleased with the service and quality. We tried a few different rolls and it was clearly one of the tastier sushi we’ve tried in Vancouver. The price is affordable and overall a decent place to sushi. Thanks!

Collingwood Village Concert Realty has been scheduling and canceling water shutoff for replacing a double valve assembly in the Bradford building since Aug 2022. From the email notifications, it sounds this ongoing scheduling/cancelations which went on through Aug, Sep and Oct were due to the contractor not being able to obtain a part needed for repairs. Finally on Nov 2nd 2022 the actual water shutoff happened and residents were notified to be ready for 8 hours not having water. Following are the problems happened since : 1- The hours of water shutoff got extended 3 times and finally after 12 hours we got water. Imagine your bathroom not being flushed for 12 hours... needless to say there are many folks with kids or elderlies living in the Remington and Bradford. 2- The team we unprepared to provide residents with alternatives and supports on a timely manner . Only after residents complained/demanded, some bottles of water were distributed to the effected buildings. However, this happened moments before water was restored (almost 12 hours). 3- The following day on Nov 3rd again an emergency shutdown was announced, this time due to leak in mechanical room. While this time some alternatives were provided, the email notification didn't give an estimated time for when service would be restored, so good luck everyone living in these buildings...

Location cannot be better. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Sign for a 6 months lease and continue month to month after. Any issue in the apartment is taken care of pretty quickly and they even have after hours hotline and emergency caretaker onsite.
