We have been tenants in this building for 5 years, and our experience has been excellent, largely thanks to the building manager Gagik and Valentina. They have always been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional whenever we needed assistance. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly by Gagik, and they genuinely care about the residents and the property. It’s rare to find such great support as a tenant, and we truly appreciate everything they’ve done for us over the years. Highly recommend this building!

We’ve lived in this building for the past 5 years and our experience has been excellent, thanks to our building manager, Gagik and Valentina. They have always been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. Anytime we had a repair or question, it was taken care of quickly and with genuine care. It really made a difference knowing the building was so well managed and that we could count on support whenever needed. Living here has truly felt comfortable and stress-free because of their dedication. Highly recommend the building. Special shoutout to Gagik for always helping with all the repairs!

After 3 years of rent paid on time, when we decide to leave for another place, the building (Valentina specifically) starts harassing us on Christmas day through phone calls, texts and emails to pay the last month 10 days before the due date. Hollyburn's response is evasive and we felt let down by this building. Would not recommend living there.

We’re living for 4years. The building is very well preserved and good location. Our building manager Valentina & Gagik is so helpful everything. They’re so friendly and warm. When I request maintenance, They’re fast response and fixed. We’re so happy living in here. Thank you Valentina and Gagik!
