Very poor experience – unprofessional management and unacceptable living conditions My experience with this rental company has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the moment you step out of the apartment, there is a strong and persistent smell of garbage throughout the building, which clearly indicates poor maintenance and lack of basic hygiene standards. The garage door is frequently malfunctioning, and during winter this becomes a serious safety issue. When it snows, many cars slide while trying to exit the garage, and some are unable to get out at all. On several occasions, residents were effectively stuck due to unsafe conditions that were never properly addressed. On a personal level, despite having signed the lease four months prior to my arrival, I had to spend five days in the apartment without any appliances. This is completely unacceptable and shows a clear lack of preparation and professionalism. Overall, the management team is unresponsive and unprofessional, and issues are neither anticipated nor handled properly. This company does not meet basic standards of property management, and I would strongly not recommend renting from them.

A warm-hearted back to school party for the tenants ! Very friendly team. Close to school location. Although a lot of difficulties of low efficiency since pandemic, still the maintenances are processing step by steps.

Building is filthy, they sent out a memo bragging that they will have someone cleaning all 5 work days of the week, we first thought, shouldn't this have always been the minimum? We still hardly saw cleaning people, objects in the hall just remain there until picked up by tenants fed up of seeing it, never a cleaner. Huge infestation of cockroaches, management keep trying to get tenants to sign paper work without giving them a copy and then clawing back services. They also try to get tenants to sign new things while verbally telling them it means one thing, but it really just nullifies things on their original agreement. The building is cold and they stand by some sort of, 19 degrees heating is the legal requirement excuses instead of just keeping tenants warm. They do faulty/lemon repairs to the building to justify increasing rent... even though they get called out quite a bit... building smells of garbage from the chutes, see photos, first one was from May, the other from end of September. They had a pizza party asking literally everyone who showed up to give a 5 star rating and I kid you not, leaned over each person to watch their phones to make sure they did it... it was double pizza, let's not assume that they went big on this one.

Building is cold, you're lucky if they go above the legal 21 degree limit... old people are blue and shivering while parents don't know what to do when they need to bathe babies... they sent out an email saying our bodies need to get used to the temperature... some business in the interest of people... don't rent here.
