Tenzin and Oscar came to my condo to.check why there was no power going to.my microwave and ended up cleaning a ton of build up in my dryer that would affect its performance. Tenzin was also kind enough to check and advise me tht the reason my furnace wasn't working was because the battery in the remote was dead. I had been stressing about that for at least 3 months as the warranty on the furnace had ended and I had no clue who to call to troubleshoot it. Now I can have a nice, warm, cheerful fired this Christmas 🎄 😀 Thanks Tenzin! Oscar was amazing as well. He carefully moved the bookshelf in one of the bedrooms to get to the power panel/breaker and reset it to get the microwave working again. AWESOME stuff all around andnreally great customer service. They went ABOVE and BEYOND. The team at West22 are the BEST! 👍 👌 💯

I want to give a great review to Tenzin from the maintenance team at West 22. He was very professional, respectful, and efficient in handling the issue in my unit. He responded promptly, explained what needed to be done, and completed the work thoroughly. It’s always reassuring to have maintenance staff who are reliable and courteous. Hamed helped us secure this beautiful space, and we couldn’t be more grateful. He is incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Manu has been wonderful as well — always supportive and easy to work with. For maintenance, Tenzin was friendly, professional, and efficient. Thank you for resolving our dishwasher and sink issues so quickly — it was truly appreciated. The cleaning team does an amazing job too — they’re awesome! Was living there for 3 years and my experience is quite good! Friendly staff, and quick maintenance! Of course, there some minor issues like broken chute system sometimes, and garbage truck noise (that even not too bad, depends on your unit). But it's really nothing in compare with some other places. I never saw any cockroaches there. Nice and clean building. In addition, the area has a very nice park along the river, as well as several shops and cafes.
