I can’t say enough great things about John, our maintenance man. He is truly exceptional at what he does. He responds quickly, arrives with a positive attitude, and handles the job with outstanding professionalism. Whether it’s a small repair or a more complicated fix, he has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and efficiently. He’s friendly, respectful, and genuinely cares about the people he helps. He ensures you’re comfortable with the solution, and always leaves the area clean and tidy. Thank you!

I had the absolute worst experience with this building management. I provided everything they asked for during the application process—every single document, proof of income, and even a guarantor—yet they still rejected my application. To make matters worse, they didn’t provide any reason for the rejection. I even tried to contact them for clarification, but they completely ignored me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Their process is unnecessarily demanding and seems deliberately designed to waste your time. This kind of treatment feels arbitrary, unfair, and possibly discriminatory. They don’t deserve anyone’s trust or business. Absolutely awful experience!

I am Living at 1725 Frobisher lane for 3 years. No complaints, neat and clean. Services are done pretty fast. Highly recommended Regards Shamin

Do yourself a favour avoid this building. It is very cold in the winter we have complained about heating issues several time with no remedy from the building staff so finally we bought our own space heater. The windows and doors are very poorly insulated and drafts come in and are very noticeable. The hallways are cold and not cleaned on a regular basis. They are quick to respond to repair request but hire sub par contractors, we had to have them come in 4 times to repair faulty plumbing in the bathroom and twice for the kitchen which is still a problem in our unit. Ants are a problem in the kitchen but the biggest problem was BED BUGS ... they failed to notify us and offer preventative measures when the unit directly below us reported the problem we were given a lame excuse by the property manager when we reported the issue. The balconies are a breeding ground for pigeons, we reported this issue and was told it is our problem... thanks for being supportive Kingsview... we got tired of trying to fend off the birds and closed the balcony doors and never used the balcony and have in fact lost our outdoor furniture 4 chairs and 2 tables. Moving in here proved to be the biggest mistake we ever made. Please save yourself the trouble do not move to 1725 Riverside Drive.
