Rodriguo is very attentive & a caring manager. The rental process went smoothly & the apartment was very clean when we arrived. We had a minor issue which was quickly resolved. We were grateful for the quick response & quick resolution. The apartment building is well maintained & located in a very nice, quiet & safe Vancouver neighborhood. The outdoor grounds are well groomed & there is also a janitor on site cleaning the common areas daily. So far we are very pleased with the management of the building , the service & the location.

Rodrigo was super helpful with the application as well as the moving in process. The InterRent team is very responsive to questions and concerns. They seem to really care about their tenants!
