I lived there for 4.5 years and I loved it! The management is incredible, the service of any maintenance request was efficient, quick and gentle. I am very sad I moved out and the only reason I moved was the size of the studio. But besides that I was very happy to have called it home and I would 1000% recommend them. The zone is also excellent, everything is in a walking distance, the only missing thing was night life but if you go out to DT on the weekends that is enough to have a fulfilling life. The appliances are huge which is a very nice plus. Also and excellent brand. I will miss them haha. Anyway if you want to live in north van do not hesitate to look for them.

I’ve had such a great experience living here! From the very beginning, Mik and Lindey have been absolutely amazing. They made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free — always friendly, organized, and quick to respond to any questions I had. The building is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, and it’s clear that Mik and Lindey genuinely care about the residents and the community. I’m so glad I chose to move here. Mik and Lindey truly go above and beyond — I couldn’t ask for better management! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live with an awesome team running it.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Me and my partner have recently moved from the UK and the Saint George have made the transition seamless for us, for that we are very grateful. We couldn’t be happier with the apartment and perfect location, it is a truly great place to live. When we arrived the unit was spotless and freshly painted for us. The apartment has modern appliances and the elevator and entry system are very safe and secure. The staff and residents have all been extremely friendly, so we felt comfortable immediately. Central Lonsdale is very close which has many shops, pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants. Other than this, there are plenty of bus stops nearby with easy access to Downtown on the 240 bus. Overall we absolutely love this apartment!

The QuadReal team was absolutely amazing and Olivia answered all my questions every step of the way. The building is new, solid, safe, and the location cannot be beat! It is a great place to live and would recommend it to anyone looking to leap into property managed rentals.
