I do not live here but I have a friend who does that I visit frequently. I have had multiple issues with parking as a visitor. I am well aware of the visitor parking rules and make sure to do every right. The building comes with free parking for visitors who register their cars in the lobby but from my experience it’s very hit and miss. The first time I got a ticket i emailed the admin of the building and they tried lying to me about what time I registered my car (Luckily I kept a picture of the registration). After it was cleared they made it very clear that they would not help me again (I have everything in email). I have now had two more tickets, one I didn’t know I had until I went to go pay for the second. I take pictures of the confirmation every time now so I can save my ass but still have the issue. I have even tried paying for parking ,but this location is no longer on the app so that’s not an option. I seem to be at a stand still and was very disappointed by the lack of help from Avalon.

people here are not that nice to visitors. had my son here to see me and since he doesn't have a blue fob to open the door he has to wait for me to come down and open it for him, some older lady with her dog came up to him in a very rude manner and tried to kick him out of here, she asked him who he was waiting for and he told her he was here temporary with his dad but she still tried to kick him out. the least she could have done was ask my son if he lived here or was visiting. another staff member harassed him about the same thing a couple years back and he got fired. just saying that people should be a little bit more kind.

Sebastien is a really friendly and happy person. He always smiles at everyone. He's great at helping people, especially the people who live here and those who might want to live here. He knows his job really well, is good at taking care of things before they become a problem, and talks to people very well. Gerry who works as a manager is also very approachable. Pros: The building is kept clean. The staff is friendly. Cons: The boiler room is very noisy in the winter and it creates an echo in the apartment. One of the elevators often doesn't work. In summer time there are so many flies and ladybugs in the unit despite sealed windows.

I have been living here for a year now. We initially started in the one bedroom apartment and because of the peace of mind, ease of rental application, the clean and safe amenities, response to service request. We have never had any issue with tliving here, we decided to move to the two bedroom of the same building. I didnt have any issues moving into the two bedroom apartment because it was all clean and ready to live. I love all the administrators here very friendly and willing to answer question. I am glad our friend referred us to this building here. Thank you to Clv group.
