The location of the hotel was very near to the city and it was super nice. The interior was super clean and the staff were super accommodating. Me and my family stayed on the top floor at the end of the building and the view of the night sky was very beautiful. The atmosphere was very nice however there was only one bathroom for a room of 6 people.The pool was in the sister hotel on the other side of the road and I went during winter so the experience was not very good. However, overall a great experience.

MORE LIKE A 4 STAR HOTEL! Everything was perfect. Easy check in. Awesome location. Walked everywhere. Quiet at night. Super clean. Very friendly people at the front desk. Prompt room service. Updated, modern rooms. Plenty of towels and bathroom amenities. Bathrobes too! We stayed in the Grand Summit Suite for 4 nights. Very spacious with a nice terrace with 4 Adirondack chairs and small firepit. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great value.

Very central location, heated underground parking, comfortable bed! I took one star off because the room I got was in the alley with bad sound isolation (trucks, people, cars, dogs; I could hear everything), and it was very dark as well. The interior is very nice though. One thing I would recommend is for the reception to offer more information about the hotel (check out times, access to the pool, amenities etc). All the staff I met is very nice and welcoming!

If you are staying in Banff, it’s worth being right downtown on Bear Street. The hotel was really wonderful! The rooms were clean, beds super comfortable, and decor/view was modern and beautiful. At the last minute the hotel offered to upgrade us to a Loft room for a minor fee and I’m so glad we did that. The extra room and kitchenette was a great idea for the four nights we were there, not to mention the view! We would 100% stay here again and recommend to anybody staying in Banff! The parking garage was easy in/out but would be tight for a huge SUV/full size truck.
