10 Ionview location I ve been living in this building location for more than 5 years. It has been a good experience. The common areas are always clean and well maintained. The location is convenient with easy access to the public transportation and shops. A special shout-out to our superintendent, Tina, who goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her proactive attitude for ensuring the building is pest free truly enhances our quality of life as well as keeping the building in excellent condition. I would like to share a personal experience from when we visited the building. When we first visited the building, my mom remarked, ' if the building is this clean, the superintendent, must really care about her job. Let's move in, we will be happy here.' And she was right! Choosing this building was definitely the right decision. The property management team are always prompt with any maintenance requests and are very approachable and helpful. I have moved couple of days back.. Am happy to share my feedback here.. The superintendent Tina is doing a great job in maintaining the things/issues proactively when required.. The way she talks and the way she give priority to the concerns when informed, she takes the quick initiation which is very important to the role what she is doing is amazing.. We moved here last year. The building manager Tina is a very nice, friendly & helpful lady. She is very proactive and takes immediate action on any of our issues. After moving here, we came accross a few small issues with our apartment. She took immediate action after we notified her. She completely adheres to building regulations and does routine checks with us regarding the amenities. I also noticed that other tenants also have a very good relationship with her. It is also worth noting that most of the tenants in this building are old tenants who are living here for long time. Only issue with this building is parking. There isn't enough parking spot. As people rarely leave this building, the chance to get a spot is also very low. Tina informed us about the parking situation, mentioning that there's a waitlist for parking spot when we came here for viewing. We didn't have a car then, so it wasn't an issue for us. Now that we have bought a car, it's an issue for us. I hope we'd be able to rent a parking spot nearby as I don't want to move away from this place.

Tina has been one of the best superintendent she extremely kind sweet dedicated and consistently expect to their tenant needs. She is the best person for this building because she greets us with kindness and assists others.
