Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living here. The building is well maintained, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and management has been professional and responsive. The location is convenient and the building feels comfortable and safe. I’m happy with my experience so far.

I finally found my apartment in Ottawa – Milieu Apartments! For me, coming from Europe, the standards here are quite high as in Europe. Here’s what I love about it: The building is brand new and modern, with a beautiful rooftop terrace, a guest room, a cozy hotel-like lobby, and a great gym. My apartment has lovely windows overlooking the park, and in the summer, there’s a farmer's market right across from me. The area is safe for kids and us, adults; and all my neighbors are friendly. It’s in the best location, close to the Canal, Lansdowne, Rideau River, Lees train station, grocery stores, schools, and downtown. There’s a wonderful community, with great restaurants and bakeries in this building and nearby. Most importantly, it’s spotless everywhere! If you ever need anything, the managers are quick to respond. The service is fantastic, and the management team is exceptional.

I just went to my viewing that was scheduled at 3:30 p.m. today only to get there and call the office to be told you don’t do viewings on the weekend. I got multiple emails and texts confirming my appointment and was sent multiple reminders. In fact, I got a text 2 hours before the scheduled time with a reminder to my appointment. Guess I’m not the one that needs the reminders. I’m very unimpressed with this whole experience and will not be rebooking another viewing or interested in this appartement. Beware booking appointments on their website as the information they provide is not accurate.

Great location with friendly, helpful staff. The building is calm and well managed, making it a comfortable and pleasant place to live.
