The staff extremely friendly! Tried to microwave something at 10:30 at night, didn’t work. They actually sent someone to my room immediately and fixed it! Beautiful room and nice free breakfast! My only complaint would be the oatmeal and lack of movie channels. Day one it was super hard and dry, day two it was soup. Wife loved the pool.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton near the Montreal Airport during a recent business trip, and overall it was a great experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and patient — the kind of people who make you feel genuinely welcome after a long day of travel. That kind of warmth goes a long way when you’re on the road. The rooms were spotless, easily among the cleanest I’ve seen in a hotel at this price point. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, from the comfortable bed to the in-room coffee setup, which was a nice touch for early mornings before heading out. The location is convenient for airport access, which was the main reason I booked here. It’s only a few minutes away from the terminal, making it perfect for early flights or quick layovers. That said, there aren’t many dining options nearby. There is a brewery and restaurant about a 1.5-kilometre walk away, and we were lucky enough to arrive on a day it was open, a nice little bonus. In short, this is a great value hotel for business travellers or anyone needing an overnight near the airport. Five stars for the friendliness and cleanliness, and three for location just because it’s a bit isolated. Still, I’d happily stay here again.

We stayed one night. The hotel is close to the airport, and even has a shuttle. Some restaurants and shops around. Check in was quick and the service was nice. The room was good size and had all usual amenities and a comfortable bed. Breakfast is nice. They also have a pool but did not try. Parking is free and we had no issue finding a space. Would be happy to use again!

Stay was Oct. 9, 2025 The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I explained the reason for our stay and they were very accommodating (Julie and her aunt, who was in training) and understanding. They offered a Happy To Go breakfast bag for the next morning. It was wonderful! It contained bottled water, a sliced bagel, a piece of cheddar cheese, a small container of cream cheese, a vanilla yogurt, an apple, utensils & napkin. As the buffet area had closed, but doors were opened, I was able to obtain plates. The self-serve coffee bar had dark, regular and decaf coffee. Also had hot water for tea (3 options available). Coffee was really good. The room & hotel was spotless. The only concern is that there has been car theft (same with other hotels in the area). They do have security cameras. The room are not totally sound proof so you do hear planes and car traffic (not overly loud). Great Staff!
