I moved to Ottawa this past year, and this was the first apartment I rented here. Although it wasn’t the first apartment I viewed, I was immediately sold after my visit. The leasing consultant who helped me at the time, Joe, was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The current leasing team has been just as amazing and responsive. Leanne and Justin are always positive, kind, and professional in every interaction. Any issues or maintenance requests I’ve had have been addressed in a timely manner. The community itself is very pleasant, with respectful and friendly tenants. The shared spaces are beautiful and look exactly like the photos online. The convenience of having a Pet Valu, optometrist, and dental office in the surrounding units is a huge plus, and the teams there are lovely as well. My only minor concern was the cleanliness of the unit upon move-in, as there was some paint on room features and floors that I’ve been cleaning myself. Overall, though, I’m extremely happy with my time at Rhythm!

I moved into the Rhythm about 10 months ago and I can honestly say that I've had the best experience living here. The building is always cleaned thoroughly everyday. It has a gym which is a huge perk for me. It's also usually quiet. The walls aren't thin so you don't hear much of anything coming from other apartments which is great. Justin is amazing and is always willing to listen and help out whenever and however he can. He always tries his best to make sure all problems are addressed and everything is good. Leanne is also amazing. She's very patient and is also willing to listen and help out whenever she's available. Overall, living at the rhythm has been a positive experience so far. It's an amazing building with lots of amenities and also has the best people such as Justin and Leanne, helping to manage the building.

I had the pleasure of working with- Justin Chau -Assistant Property Manager at Rhythm Apartments at Carling Ave. during my rental search, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He was responsive, patient, and truly took the time to understand what our family was looking for. Even when our situation changed and we had to pause our plans, He handled everything with kindness and professionalism. He made what could have been a stressful process feel so much lighter. Highly recommend Him to anyone looking for a rental — or even just honest, caring guidance along the way.

I was in the area and decided to check out Rythm building for rental and had a fantastic experience. Justin was incredibly professional and answered all my questions about utilities and maintenance response times. I was really impressed by how well-maintained everything was. The unit itself was exactly as pictured—bright, clean, and felt very secure. Very good location, highly recommended to check it out if you’re looking for rentals in the area.
