Stayed for a couple nights. The rooms are decent. It is a uni residence and you get what you pay for but its nice, big bed, spare rooms, working ac that can keep the room cool on a hot summer day! The stuff is very caring and welcoming and helpful. There was a problem with the lock/key cards to my room. Those things happen sometimes, but the stuff was trying their best to solve the issue for us Nice view on the Canal and you kinda can see the Parliament Hill but it is partly blocked. Anyways better than nothing

The staff working here is nice and accommodating. We liked our room. It was a two bedroom apartment with fridge and microwave. We stayed for 3 nights and everything went smoothly. There was a nice view from one of the rooms of the canal

We recently went to Ottawa and find this hotel really good. There were two rooms, bathroom, and a kitchen. Price was also ok and commute is easy.

Close to downtown core everything was walkable, parking was not included and has a daily rate of almost $20. We forgot items in the room, we realized it after unpacking. Went back the next day and asked about missing items, they claimed they had a lost and found but we couldn’t go through it ourselves to make sure it’s the right items. Was told to go back the next day as the cleaning staff has to log it in their systems. Went back two days in a row to look for the items, they simply said they didn’t have it even though it was the only location we stayed. One person tried to help, he even searched the room we stayed in, the other didn’t even bother helping and just played on her phone.
