From our first arrival, everything was great. The check-in process was easy. The lobby and breakfast area are clean and big. The rooms are very clean, and they made up our room every day without asking. The rooms are very quiet. I recommend getting a first floor room because there is a door in your room with direct access to the parking lot which is openrd with the same key as the interior door to the rest of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel Cofortel as a family and had a great experience. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. It’s a calm and family-friendly hotel with free parking and breakfast included — a big plus! There are a few restaurants nearby and even a gas station right next to the property. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for families visiting Quebec City.

Pros -5 EV chargers for electric vehicles -Free breakfast (when it’s free, how can we expect more than this? Egg, cheese, spreads, breads, coffee, juice, tea, muffin, yogurt etc 👍) -you can park ur car in front of ur room and there’s another door in the room connected to the parking -room and toilet both very clean -spacious compared to other hotels -mini fridge and enough hangers for clothes Cons -housekeeping they never care you are in the room or not. We checked out at 11:50am and in the morning from 8am they keep knocking your door to come in and clean for next guest. They should check if room is checked out or not through the front desk or their system. Why you knock the door and try to check it from guest? I’ve never seen any other hotel doing this. We were soooo uncomfortable. -wall is not soundproof. We couldn’t sleep well bcz of the noise from parking, hallway, upper floor room etc. -bring your own room slippers and water bottle. There was only shared water fountain near reception. -no pool or sauna or jacuzzi. Instead, if you book through their website directly, you can ask combined discount to book spa near old quebec. Limited availability so ask them asap after you book ur room. -even if you book first floor to have ur own parking in front of your room, if someone park there, the front desk doesn’t guarantee or find the space back for you. Better to go early and park before others park!

We spent an hour looking online for A hotel on our way from NB to ON. I wasn’t sure at first about this hotel as the outside didn’t look amazing. First we called the staff Eve I believe was so sweet. She honored the online price without question. Was very kind and personable. Gave us a ground floor room with parking door access. It’s central to all the amenities in town. Upon entry we notice it smells nice, clean, new, up to date. The beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows 4 on each bed. It’s a two story hotel. Had a great sleep. We at dinner at Le Cage. The food and staff are great. My forgot our order and then messed it up once we got it. Didn’t comp anything on our bill. Was very disappointed in that. But it was busy. Food was delicious so I didn’t complain and just paid the bill. The next morning we had their Continental breakfast that is complimentary. Not a big selection but that’s usual. Cold eggs, cereal, fresh muffins great coffee, croissants and a beautiful selection of fresh breads. The coffee was good. I have zero complaints!
