The indian guy on the front desk when i checked in at 7:30pm was not pleasant and not welcoming. I noticed he was only pleasant if he is talking to a woman or light skin guests .I felt discriminated, he needs to learn to show good customer service to any guest at the hotel regardless of gender and race. However the guy I encountered when i checked out at 4:00am was very nice, pleasant and showed great customer service. The hotel itself is nice though the paint on the ceiling in my bathroom is starting to worn and peeling off. The trio restaurant is nice and the food is good.

Location is conveniently close to the mall, it took us literally 30 seconds to get back to the hotel. We enjoyed the pool area. The rooms are spacious. I liked the coffee in the room. It also comes with an electric water boiler.

I attended an event at this hotel. We were very impressed with the lobby, the spaces we viewed, the decor and the cleanliness. Parking was very easy and close to the entrance. My husband and I decided to go there for a weekend getaway. Their rates seem reasonable and competitive. 💕. Vaughan Mills, a very large mall, is just up the road. Many fast food outlets are close by, as well as many dine in restaurants.

Stayed here many times! Rooms are clean and typically upgraded. Service is always great, and the hotels restaurant is 5 star food!!! Downside is hotel does not give complimentary water so you need to buy it for $5 for $330ml. No a huge deal but a small detail that goes a long way!
