Modern hotel. Room had good air quality and felt comfortable. Staff were very attentive and provided a high service level. Everything we needed was available on site. A great choice for highway access and plenty of parking. No walkable amenities but that is the trade off for a more highway oriented hotel located in an industrial area.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn over the long weekend and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and not too crowded — which made for a relaxing stay. The staff provided excellent customer service; everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and one thing I really appreciated was the air conditioning system. Unlike many hotels where the AC can be loud or disruptive, here it was nice and quiet — allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep. However, I do think there’s one area that management should consider improving: security. During our stay, we noticed quite a few homeless individuals around the hotel, some of whom were harassing guests. For the safety and comfort of both customers and employees, I strongly suggest having a security presence on-site or around the property. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay here again — especially if the security situation is addressed.

Rooms are spacious and very very neat. This is a very quiet neighborhood, inside and outside are quiet and serene with good security. Good environment for a walk or run during my stay. Good location, very close to the Freeway/Highway. The only problem I have with this Hilton Inn, Brampton is that the TV channels don't have the full cable channels. If you're looking for ESPN AND ALL THE FULL CABLE CHANNELS, THEN THIS IS NOT THE IDEAL HOTEL FOR YOU. I was disappointed not to have watched my favorite English and European soccer games this whole weekend. You'll think Canada being a commonwealth country will at least have channels for the English Premier League.

Hotel is located in an industrial area but was relatively close to an evening event we were attending. Although we stayed just for one night, the room had several conveniences you would want for an extended stay - mini kitchen with sink, dishes etc, dishwasher. You could even request a portable tabletop burner for cooking. Only issue was this high pitched whistling sound that seemed to be coming from the fridge. Not very loud but just one of those things that you couldn't help but notice while you're trying to sleep. Breakfast was included but was relatively basic. You could pretty much make yourself a breakfast sandwich. Seating area was in the lobby and was a bit on the small side.
