I have been living in this building for almost a year. It is super clean and safe, and the management team is awesome as they respond tenant’s requests promptly. Highly recommend Emmy apartment building. Forget to mention, the location is top notch too.

As a resident of The Emmy, life is made blissful. Professional (and genuinely lovely) staff, excellent security and amenities, and of course cannot overstate the superiority in terms of location, convenience, newness, and aesthetic. Highly recommend.

My wife and I absolutely love living at The Emmy! From the moment we moved in, it’s felt like home. The building is modern, incredibly clean, and clearly very well maintained. You can really tell it’s a newer development — everything feels fresh and thoughtfully designed. The management team has been fantastic — always helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure residents are happy. That kind of service makes a huge difference. We’re especially enjoying the amenities. The game room is a fun and social space to relax, and the yoga studio is such a peaceful spot for unwinding or getting a good stretch in. It’s rare to find such well-curated shared spaces in a condo. On top of all that, the location can’t be beat — right in downtown Ottawa, close to everything you could need: restaurants, shops, transit, and more. Overall, we’re so happy we chose The Emmy. It’s truly a gem and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to live in the heart of the city.

Great building and amenities . Building superintendent Raymond is awesome. Lorelei Pérez Is great too. Please keep it up. Keep up the security , cleanliness , maintenance etc
