My husband and I spent three nights during a visit for Montreal Lumiere. The location was great, close to the festival as well as Old Port. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was on the small side, but did not really feel like it because it was so nicely laid out. There is also plenty of storage space, plus a mini-fridge and full-size kitchenette sink.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—very responsive, professional, and kind. A special thank-you to Yash, as well as the staff member working after 11 p.m., who were incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to rest and relax after a long day. Everything felt clean, calm, and well cared for. I stayed in three different hotels, and without hesitation, Hotel Zero was the best. It stands out in every way—from pricing, to cleanliness, to excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Zero and would gladly stay there again

Claro, aquí tienes la traducción al inglés: Excellent experience We arrived at this hotel after having to leave another one due to how dirty it was, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. Everything was wonderful: the room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the views were beautiful. It also had a sink, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave, which made the stay even more convenient. Definitely a 10/10 for them. We would come back without hesitation.

Reasonably priced. Great rooms for the cost. Very clean and a well presented Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great quiet location. China Town is fifty metres away and Old Montreal one block away. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. Only disappointment was there are no USB ports to charge your devices. Remember to bring your device charger. Other than that I cannot fault the hotel
