I have used the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel a couple of times in the last 4 months. Once for our company Christmas Party and once I attended a training session put on in the meeting space. The lobby, guest rooms and meeting space are much nicer than the exterior of the building would suggest. Everything looks recently renovated and modern. Both times I was at the property the food was exceptional, like very good. Five Star Downtown Hotel good. And the service was always excellent. Laura, one of the server's in the banquet department went above and beyond to help me with a couple of things. Larissa in the Events Department is one of the best planner's I have ever worked with. And Tony in management and the Executive Chef Robert Uy are rock stars.

We had a great experience staying at the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city — the beds were super comfortable too! We also enjoyed the amenities — the pool and hot tub were well-maintained, and the fitness area was clean and equipped. The restaurant downstairs offered delicious meals with great service, and we appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax whether you’re on a quick getaway or a business trip. The staff truly make you feel welcome and valued. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

We always enjoy our stay at the Guildford Sheraton! This visit, we have had exceptional service from all staff. The morning breakfast staff and friendly, welcoming and make you feel right at home. Front desk staff have been helpful and very accommodating. The central location and close proximity to the freeway make it easy to get everywhere- Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Langley - are all just 15 minutes away. And the mall across the street is the perfect stop for all you need! Highly recommend!

Pros: Clean rooms and centrally located. Cons: The cellular reception was weak on the 10th floor on the 104th Ave side of the building, and due to company restrictions I was not able to connect to the hotel WiFi. I did bring this up to the front desk however I do not know if it went anywhere from there. The hotel restaurant was oddly segregated for members and regular public and quite pricey with a limited menu. Overall for a work stay it was sufficient, however in the future if I noticed the cellular reception was poor in my room again I would ask to be moved.
