My stay at the Hilton Quebec during my first visit to Quebec City was a fantastic choice. The hotel’s prime location next to the parliament made sightseeing incredibly convenient. Walking to Old Quebec is manageable downhill, though returning uphill can be steep—taxis are readily available for those who prefer. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, though I found the concierge service less helpful on one occasion, possibly due to language barriers (I don’t speak French). Nonetheless, the overall service was commendable. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of Quebec City from the hilltop. The hotel’s game room added a fun touch to the stay, and the on-site restaurant impressed with its delicious offerings. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Some of the best views of old quebec city. Easy walks to many restaurants. Service has been kind and helpful. The rooms are updated and the beds are comfortable. Heated pool and gym are available. You need to check if breakfast is included in your booking. Coffee shop is in the lobby. It's simple to drive to and from with a public parking close by. I recommend velvet for both summer and winter visits. I am traveling for work and after being in transit for 16 hours, I have really appreciate the service at the front desk and having a wonderful room. My word of caution. The hotel hosts several conferences throughout the year.

We stayed for 3 nights and celebrated New Years. The service and food was perfect. The room was comfortable (with big windows) for our family of 3. We stayed in a room with Parliament view. For New Years Eve we could hear the Electric Music Festival and watch the beautiful midnight fireworks from our window. We danced and celebrated while being warm inside (it was -23°F outside that night). The breakfast in the Executive Lounge with the gorgeous view of the city was wonderful and the variety of food was great. The hotel is perfectly located and walking distance for all the city has to offer. We loved our stay and recommend it 100%. Would stay again someday.

Stayed here for the Carnival and 10/10 would recommend. Beautiful room, excellent friendly staff. Great location. The premiums we paid for parking (+valet) were reasonable, considering it is so busy in the area. I can't wait to come back and will remember the hotel as an exceptional one.
