With our recent stay, we found the location to be pleasant. It was in walking distance to some restaurants;however it could be better if there was more around. The service itself was amazing, each staff provided a positive reaction and helped us easily to get settled into our room. In terms of the stay itself with the hotel , although it’s very cleanly the rooms are not sound proof. It was very loud hearing conversations from rooms beside us or doors closing and opening, it made for a not quiet evening. In terms of parking it had very little spots in main entrance, with us having to park are vehicle in the back , where they didn’t maintain the snow removal which I think should be expected in the back area where people are parking for the hotel. Overall I would rate it in the middle .

The room was very clean and well organized, with a great amount of space. It was very spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful. The heated pool was a great plus, and the staff was kind, attentive, and always willing to help. I made the reservation on the same day and had no issues at all. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again.

Do not recommend! We were booked here for a team competition and when we arrived it was the most unclean and terrible smelling hotel I can remember. The first room had not been vacuumed and there was stuff all over the floor. Long standing dirt was evident in corners of the room. They showed us a second room and there were stains everywhere on the carpet and someone’s fake fingernail, the second room smelt worse. We ended up not staying. Others in our party also checked out as the rooms & beds are small and those that stayed are having issues with the smell, plumbing & heating. For the price there are way nicer hotels and I am shocked this is a considered a BW Plus level hotel.

4.5 and here is why: The location is a great selling point! 5/5 (no traffic during the morning) View - charming! 5/5 Staff - friendly, smiling, helping, joking, and responsible. 5/5 Room - a bit old, but all that you need is there! The fridge was noisy! No water for guests (you can pick it from the lobby). 3/5 Parking: free, comfortable, and there are a lot of places.
