Recently moved out because of school reasons, but this has been the best rental property I've been with. Always prompt to repair and help with any pest control issues, I would say the only thing that was unfortunate was the lack of air conditioning because the summer heat is bad but the placed was advertised without air conditioning so I can't complain. The property superintendents are super friendly and were flexible to help me figure out different concerns like setting up my wifi, installing wall art, curtains, etc. There wasn't a request I didn't receive a response for later than 24 hours after. Wonderful people maintaining the building and great apartment to live in. The unit was quite spacious for the price point it was set at and very convenient location next to the line 1 and line 2 train stations.

Lived here for just over 2 years. The building is older, but it's well maintained and is in a very convenient location. It has a spacious underground parking. The units are fairly affordable given current rental market rates. The management team is very responsive and provide great assistance when needed. Highly recommended!

We've been living here for 2 years before getting our new home. Wonderful location, great apartment size compared to those new buildings, and most importantly, friendly and supportive staff. They addressed our questions as soon as possible. Thank you Kanan, Mo, Wayne and Cesar! It's been a great time for us in the past 2 years!

Lived in the building for 3 years and greatly enjoyed my time there. The location is fantastic. The building is older but well maintained. If there were ever an issues building management was responsive and quick to help. I would recommend the building to others.
